Because our pieces are made to order, orders are typically ready for shipping or local pickup within 5 business days.

In many cases, we’re able to complete orders sooner — but this timeframe allows us to give each piece the care and attention it deserves.

Rush Orders

If you need an item sooner, rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. A $10 rush fee may apply.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders and also provide local pickup from our Main Street location in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text with next steps for shipping or coordinating pickup.

Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Main Street location in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Because we do not have regular retail hours, pickup times are scheduled by appointment. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to coordinate a pickup day and time that works for you.
